ECSTATIC!!! My second pay a visit to at Magic Toyota was the true test. Somebody had smashed my driver's side window and stole some items in my automobile. I took my car to the Service Department and spoke to King Lee. He was polite, informative and reassuring. Because of him, everything went smoothly. He submitted the repair estimate to my insurance business and created certain not to order the parts until they ok'd the estimate to ensure that I wouldn't be stuck with the bill. Whenever I known as him (which was A WHOLE LOT, haha), he was constantly kind and helpful and addressed all of my concerns with out becoming annoyed or impatient. My auto was finished two days early, which I was ECSTATIC about! When I picked up my automobile, King showed me the invoice, which itemized the parts with the cost also as the labor expenses. There were NO HIDDEN CHARGES as well as the price of the repairs matched the estimate he submitted to the insurance company to a tee (surprise!) The repair work they did was leading notch - no rattles or loose parts and they managed to clean out each and every piece of glass inside the automobile. They even returned it to me sparkling clean.
