THANKS!!! My car was hit in parking lot at work. Took my automobile to Dick Genthe Chevy body shop. Everybody I talked to was super friendly and quite useful Mike Mathis the shop manager was quite useful. The sales man went out of his method to assist me do what I had to do. THANKS!!! Although visiting and staying at the Del Webb Homes in Brownstown TWP, on August 30th, our 2010 Malibu was involved in a head on collision at Telegraph and Pennsylvania. We had been sent to Henry Ford Hospital Wyandotte and released a short time later. My wife and I were badly bruised and banged up and we ended up flying back house the next day to Nashville, TN. We were worried about our automobile and we had it towed from region towing to Dick Genthe Chevy. Your body shop manager Mike Mathis assured us he would take care of our vehicle. Our vehicle was declared a total loss and Mr. Mathis took all of our possessions we had in the vehicle and shipped them back to our home in Clarksville, TN. I cannot tell you how happy my wife and I were to obtain these items back. I known as Mr. Mathis and he refused to accept any reimbursement for these items that he shipped back to us he said that was OK that we had suffered enough. This shows and tells us about the character and decency that this man showed us. My wife and I just wanted to let you know how happy and thankful we are to receive finding these things back and we are grateful to GM for the crash protection we had. We plan to move back residence to Michigan next spring. My wife and I just wanted to let you know how well we were treated by your staff including Mike Mathis. Thanks for having a superb staff!
